All of our jewellery is handmade using 100% recycled 925 silver. We use the "lost wax" casting technique, an age old method that has been used by jewellers for thousands of years.

Each piece spends at least 2-3 hours in our hands before being in yours. We do not out source production, we create all our work in our small studio in Noosa, Australia.

All SLOW BURN silver jewellery is handmade to order. This means your piece is only cast once the order has been placed.

We do this for multiple reasons, the most important being to minimise our environmental impact. It means less waste, and avoids accumulating unnecessary stock.

You may have to wait a little longer (10-20 working days) for your order, but mother nature thanks you x

The most accurate way to find your ring size is by popping into your local jeweller or jewellery store for a free sizing (this is reccomended). Alternativley, you can follow the prompts on our size guide page to measure your size at home.

Yes, SLOW BURN offers a free resize for all silver rings within 14 days of you receiving your goods (shipping is to be covered by you the customer). Items must be in original packaging and in unworn condition.


How to initiate a re-size:

- Post your ring back to 100 Lakewood Drive, Peregian Beach, QLD, 4573
- Include a pre-paid return satchel with your address filled out for us to return your item to.
- Include a note with your name, order number, contact info, and desired ring size.


* Re-sizing may take 2-3 weeks from when we receive your ring (depending on how busy it is at the time).

* Re-sizing is NOT available for gold pieces. Exchanges are available (depending on availability)

* Some rings cannot be re-sized and we reserve the right to refuse a ring re-sizing.

Yes! Creating one-of-one bespoke jewellery is one of our favourite things to do. SLOW BURN offers custom rings, pendants, bracelets and chains available in 925 silver, 18ct gold vermeil and 9ct solid gold.

SLOW BURN offers rings in 18ct gold vermiel. Our pieces are plated with 2.5 microns of 18ct gold over a solid 925 silver base.


By nature, gold plating wears down by time and wear. But to give your gold piece the longest life time, we recommend:


- Removing your piece when swimming, showering or washing your hands.- Remove when exercising - sweat can speed up tarnishing.- Avoid contact with chemicals eg. hand sanitizer, perfumes, lotions.- Avoid rubbing or scratching on hard surfaces.- Store seperatly in a cloth bag or its original packaging to avoid scratches.

SLOW BURN silver rings are handmade using 100% recycled, ethically sourced 925 silver.


925 silver naturally tarnishes over time if left unworn and exposed to air. This a result of the other metals mixed with the silver reacting to sulphar and moisture in the air. Perfumes, hand sanitizer, and lotions can also contribute to tarnishing as the chemicals may react with the silver.


To minimise the chances of tarnishing, we recommend daily wear for all our silver jewellery. When not being worn, store in an air tight bag or container and away from direct sunlight.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided in an email once your item has been dispatched.


AUSTRALIA: SLOW BURN offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping is available for a flat fee of $8aud for orders below $100. Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $10aud.


NEW ZEALAND: SLOW BURN offers standard international shipping for all New Zealand orders for a flat fee of $10aud. Express international shipping is available for a flat fee of $25aud.


INTERNATIONAL: SLOW BURN offers standard international shipping for all international orders for a flat fee of $20aud. Express international shipping is available for a flat fee of $35aud.

For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Refunds are available for product faults once the issue has been identified and we have received the item back. Store credit is available for non fault items provided they are returned in original condition, with all original packaging free of any marks or damage.
